風機性能測試臺原理及標準

本試驗臺采用吸風式和風室的方法來設計和測量。滿足標準GB/T1236-2000（等效ISO0501)的要求。
風機風量性能測試臺設備組成
主要部件：壓力傳感器、恒河變送器兩個、溫濕度變送器、噪聲計、進口PLC、風機變頻器、直流穩(wěn)定電源、輔助風機等。
風機風量性能性能測試臺性能曲線
測量風機的風量、風壓、功率、效率、轉速等性能參數。再通過風量與其他幾個參數之間的關系得出的曲線稱為風機特性曲線或風機性能曲線。
實測的風機參數數據，并一定是完美的，一般的風機性能曲線都是通過實測數據根據一定的算出擬合而來產生的一條擬合曲線。
